2. Use Authorization & Local Compliance
You agree to employ the service strictly for non-commercial, intellectual, or business developmental analytics. Any structural extraction, bulk scraping, or algorithmic database scraping is strictly forbidden.
3. Description of Professional Services
We provide exclusive access to news digests, original press articles, independent company analyses, and political commentaries on a premium subscription model.
4. Financial Transactions, Subscriptions, and VAT
Selected features demand digital payment transactions. All standard subscriptions operate via recurring billings, billed monthly or annually, following the designated pricing frameworks including Kenyan Value Added Tax (VAT) rules where statutory.
5. Cancellation and Account Restraints
Subscribing entities retain the legal right to cancel pending cycles within their platform profiles. Access levels remain valid until the expiration of the current paid timeline.
6. Proprietary Rights (Copyrights)
The entire layout, SVG iconography, analytical columns, exclusive investigative material, and database feeds on PeakNews are owned exclusively by PeakNews Kenya Ltd. Unauthorized distribution will be prosecuted in local fields.
7. Provision of News Disclaimer
Our insights and publications address generic educational, informational, and reference targets. The contents must not be treated as absolute legal, compliance, tax, or investment advice.
8. Boundaries of Liability
Under no events shall PeakNews Kenya Ltd or its editorial authors be liable for unexpected losses, financial drops, or business damages resulting from reliance on published information.
9. Dispute Jurisdictions and Applicable Law
These terms are governed fully by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Competent courts located in Nairobi maintain exclusive jurisdiction over any contractual concerns/claims.
